- Your products, photos and prices come from you.
- Delivery is between you and your courier. We set up your delivery charges in the store.
- Once the store is yours, you can change prices, stock and photos yourself in the Shopify app.
- Instagram shops, WhatsApp catalogues, ads and product photography are separate jobs and aren’t part of this.

What if I change my mind?
If it’s before we start building, you don’t pay anything. After that, the first payment covers the work already done.
Is the store mine?
Yes. When it’s finished we move it into your own Shopify account. You own it and pay Shopify directly.
What’s the difference from a $95 website?
A website shows what you sell, and customers message you to order. An online store lets them add to their bag and place the order themselves, with cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Can customers pay by card?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer work from the first day. Card payments need a separate payment provider, which we can talk through with you.
Why can’t I place an order on Jewels by Meru?
It’s a demonstration store. Shopify keeps stores like it behind a password and doesn’t let them take real orders.
Can’t I just do this myself?
Shopify now has built-in tools that help you set up a basic store yourself. If you’re comfortable working with settings, themes and product uploads, try it first. If you’d rather have it set up and handed to you ready to sell, that’s what we do.
